Ordering a prescription is simple. The Federal Law requires that prescription drugs to be restricted to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian (USA Orders Only). Before we can process your prescription medicine order, we must have a prescription from your veterinarian on file. Four convenient ways to provide us with prescription:
1- You or your veterinarian can Fax the prescription to us at 1-877-209-1284
2- You or your veterinarian can email the prescription to support@directpetrx.com
3- If we have a refill for you on file, place your order & we'll take care of the rest
4- You may submit your pet and veterinarian information at checkout and we'll obtain the prescription for you
Once we get approval for a medication, one of our pharmacist will dispense the medication. Please allow 1-3 days for the whole process.
Note: We are unable to accept returned prescription drugs due to federal and state laws.
