At DirectPetRx, we make your pets health and safety our number one concern. That's why our pharmacists fill only the prescriptions that are approved by your regular veterinarian and are approved by the FDA or EPA. This ensures that we send you the correct quantity and dosage as well as giving you the correct administration instructions.

 

In addition to providing you with the highest quality prescription and non-prescription pet products, we have compounding experts on staff in our pharmacy. This allows us to flavor any medication that you may need for your pet, making it easier for you to administer and ensuring your pet gets the important medication he or she needs. All shipping over $35 is free.  If you purchase a prescription, make sure to fill out the necessary information about your veterinarian and animal.  Once order is approved, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

           Direct Pet Rx now has a specialized compound pharmacy designed to serve pet owners, veterinarians, and animal care specialists.  We provide brand, generic and compounded medications at  competitive pricing combined with great service.  We can also source hard to find products, as well as compound specific strengths on a wide array of medications. Our trained pharmacists will work with your veterinarian to make special medication for your pet.  We make chewables, capsules, and other dosage forms.  We use a large variety of flavors to make sure your pet loves the taste of medication.  If you have questions about compounding a medication, call our pharmacy at 877-476-9867.

Payment Methods:
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

Returns:
Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. Any newly packaged, unopened product in resaleable condition may be returned. A Store Credit will be issued upon receipt of returned items less a 15% restocking fee and $8.95 for the original cost of shipping. We recommend sending returns by UPS or insured receipt and in a secure box for your protection.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase.  Newly packaged, unopened products in resaleable condition may be exchanged.  There will be a 15% restocking fee as well as a $8.95 shipping charge.  Store credit will be issued if products differ in price.

Can I cancel or change an order once I've made it?:
NO orders may be cancelled or changed. All orders occur in real time and cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been placed. The customer assumes all responsibility for information provided and the charges when placing the order.

Placing and order :

1. Place an item(s) in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button, which is located below the product description on each product page.

2. Choose "Check Out" at the bottom of your shopping cart after you are done shopping. Prior to checking out, you can also click on the Register button (optional) to create a login and password for easy repeat ordering, so you don't have to re-enter information every time you order.

3. Complete the checkout process by providing billing and shipping information.

4. Submit a valid credit card.


SECURITY:

All credit card transactions are completely secured. We use the Stronghold secure server, currently the second best selling secure server software, and in our opinion, technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption.

All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site.
