Benefits of Revolution Cat Medications

Revolution protects your pet from heartworms, fleas, and ear mites.

The topical treatment is applied to the neck of your cat and ingredients in the medication like Selamectin make their way into your pet's skin, tissues and blood stream. There, they can prevent heartworms from forming or fleas from making their home in your pet's fur. They can also be deadly to mites and internal parasites.

Revolution cat medications only need to be administered once every 30 days and provide broad protection once your pet has been dosed with the drug.

Both you and your pet will appreciate the simplicity of Revolution cat medications. Fleas, mites, pests and parasites, on the other hand, will ingest the ingredients and begin to die off quickly. Revolution for cats is safe and very easy to use.

Risks

Like all medications, Revolution cat medications do pose some risk to your pet. Revolution cat medications should not be administered to cats under aged 8 weeks and Revolution cat medications should not be administered in dogs younger than 6 weeks old.

Side effects are usually mild when the drug is administered properly and may include some hair loss, fatigue or vomiting. Your pet may begin to pant or become lethargic. If symptoms occur, consult with your veterinarian. You should also avoid giving Revolution to pets who are underweight, ill or who have not been tested for heartworms prior to the administration of the drug.
